Important, please read

 
Hire Charge: Will be agreed with the customer, and paid for at time of booking. The hire charge includes delivery and collection, and disposal of the waste, unless otherwise agreed.
 
Hire Period: 15 days from day of delivery. A weekly surcharge of £20 applies after 15 days, unless agreed with Lydney Skp Hire.
 
Disclaimer: Lydney Skip Hire accept no responsibility for any damage caused to the customers property during delivery and collection of the skip. It is deemed that your driveway/land is able to take the weight of the skip and lorry.
 
Off hire: It is the cutomers responsibility to inform Lydney Skip Hire when they have finished with the skip. Waste must be level loaded with the sides of the skip. Collection will NOT take place where the skip is overloaded, and a wasted journey fee of £60 will apply. It is the customers reponsibility to level the skip.
 
Cancellation: At least 24 hours notice must be given to cancel delivery of an ordered skip. Less than 24 hours will incur a fee of 50% of hire charge.
 
Prohibited items: The following items are NOT allowed in the skip, and will incur an extra charge if found.
Asbestos
Wet paint
Hazardous waste.
 
Extra charges:
Tyres £10 each plus VAT
Matresses £15 each plus VAT
Plasterboard £100 per tonne
 
Extra charge items NOT paid for wil be returned to the customer.
 
Location: Skips to be placed on the cutomers property (driveway/land/garden). Where a skip has to be placed onto 3rd party land or the Highway, permission must be gained prior to delivery. Permits for Highways will be obtained by Lydney Skip Hire and paid for upon ordering.
